Return and Refund Policy

At Woodywares, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Period

You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. If the returned product shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, Woodywares reserves the right to reject the return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please log in to your Woodywares Dashboard, navigate to the Orders section, and follow the prompts to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

In the case of a damaged product, the damage must be reported to Woodywares within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your report. You may contact our customer service at mail@woodywares.com or call us at +91 8755377562.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Undamaged Products: If the product is returned due to a change of mind or any reason unrelated to product damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged condition or with manufacturing defects, Woodywares will cover the return shipping costs. To qualify for this, the damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Woodywares will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original method of payment, minus any applicable return shipping charges (for undamaged products).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been assembled or installed by the customer.
