  • Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days after the order has been dispatched. However, these timeframes may vary depending on the delivery destination.Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.

6. Delays in Shipping

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or logistics disruptions may result in shipping delays. In such cases, we will notify you of any changes in your order’s delivery schedule.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an email to mail@woodywares.com along with clear photographs of the damage.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost during shipping, we will work closely with Shiprocket to resolve the issue and ensure either a replacement or refund is provided.
